OXFORD EXAMS

As you all know, we are the oficial centre for the Oxford exams in Ponferrada and Bierzo.

Here, as well as our school website, you can read about the dates for the exams.

Some of our students have already got the B2 certificate. Besides, if you have friends or relatives who are interested in it, they can also come here and take the exam. Have a look and good luck!!.

OUR TRIP TO BRAY

Hi there!!!!!!. It´s been a long time...... Sorry!!!!!

Here we go, back to school after a great summer.

From the English Department we hope you are full of energy to begin a new year, to have experiences and, the most important thingS, to learn a lot AND  to be a good classmate.

This year, let´s work together to have good friends and help each other. Let´s try to have fun and stop bully.

FROM IRELAND WITH LOVE

Hello everybody ,

We are writing from ATC School, Dublin, As you know, some of the students and four teachers are having an amazing experience.

We arrived on Saturday and it's already Thursday. Since our first day here, we have learnt that you can leave home walking on sunshine, you have lunch feeling warm, walking in the afternoon with HAIL STONES, rain and at the end of the day it's a little bit sunny again. This is Ireland: changing weather, polite people, always helping, sandwiches for lunch and tasty dinners.

We have already visited incredible locations such as Glendalough ( pity the rain) with ancient Celtic crosses and Churches, Dublin and its Trinity College, Oscar Wilde statue, The Temple Bar area, crossing from South Dublin to North Dublin, Saint Patrick's Cathedral.

We have also seen and felt how The Vikings lived in Ireland a lot of centuries ago.....

Of course, Bray, which is a quiet, beach place, where many of our students are also staying.

But, the most important thing, our Irish families. Without their hospitality we couldn't do this.

With brothers, sisters, pets..., trying not to get lost.....we are sharing cultures and experiences which is making this be such an extraordinary adventure

After some days ( a lot, sorry guys), we are back to school. This year we have news and trips.... Some of you are travelling to IRELAND!!!!!. Not yet but, spring is going to be  green. The Emerald Island is waiting for you....

The third term is here, spring is here, Easter is over and...... we smell summer......

But, before going swimmnig, before saying bye to school and friends until september exams must be had, some projects must be written, our week will be celebrated in a few days,a graduation is going to be held, The big challenge is coming in may and more things..... Are you ready?
